Getting Started
Welcome to the Real Estate API platform. Our API provides comprehensive real estate analytics through a credit-based system, offering access to property data, market conditions, crime statistics, schools, hotels, tourism information, and regulatory restrictions across the United States.
Choose a credit package that suits your needs. Credits are consumed when you make API calls.
Credit Consumption:
- Most standard queries: 1 credit per API call
- Complex queries with large result sets may consume additional credits
- Credits do not expire
- Monitor your usage through the dashboard
Create API keys from your dashboard to authenticate your requests.
API Key Management:
- Log into your dashboard
- Navigate to "API Keys" section
- Click "Generate New Key"
- Copy and securely store your key
- Configure permissions as needed
Use your API keys to authenticate requests to our endpoints. All endpoints support standard HTTP GET requests with query parameters.
