• Currency and Taxes: All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government fees.

4. Free Trial and Promotional Offers

We offer a limited-time trial period to help you evaluate our platform:

• Trial Duration: Free trials last 3 days from account activation and provide access to selected platform features with usage limitations.
• Trial Scope: During the trial period, you may access data for one state of your choice to evaluate platform functionality.
• Trial Limitations: Trial accounts may have restricted data export capabilities, limited search queries, or reduced customer support access.
• Payment Information: You may be required to provide valid payment information to start a trial. No charges will occur during the 3-day trial period.
• Trial Expiration: After 3 days, your trial access will expire. To continue using the platform, you must subscribe to a paid plan.
• One Trial Per User: Each individual and organization is eligible for only one free trial. Additional trials may be granted at our discretion for legitimate business purposes.
