  • New Braunfels, TX: With a median price of $295,000 and homes staying on the market for 162 days, New Braunfels offers a more affordable option for homebuyers.
  • Decatur, AL: With a median price of $278,000 and homes staying on the market for 43 days, Decatur is another city to consider for energy-efficient homebuying.
  • Redwood City, CA: With a median price of $2,415,000 and homes staying on the market for 10 days, Redwood City offers a more expensive option for homebuyers.
  • Portland, OR: With a median price of $500,000 and homes staying on the market for 24 days, Portland is a popular city for homebuyers looking for energy-efficient homes.

When comparing these cities, we can see that Nashua, NH has the lowest median sale price, followed closely by New Braunfels, TX. Decatur, AL also offers an affordable option for homebuyers.
